Pastas were really great, but their Katsu special (with rice) deserves some love and a shout-out! Top notch service as well.
I come here fairly often, like once or twice a month. The staff is always so pleasant and the do well to check up often but not too much. The food is always so good, and the prices are the best. 20 for some of the best pasta you'll have. Their meat spaghetti is incredible, and I really like their creamy seafood spaghetti too. I've never had a bad experience when I've eaten there. I highly recommend you give it a try.

The service was exceptional—our waiter was incredibly kind and attentive, and the food came out super fast. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking to try something different with fantastic food and amazing service!
My boyfriend got the Chicken Katsu, and I had the Spaghetti alle Vongole. The Chicken Katsu came with salad and rice. Even though my b.f doesn’t usually like vegetables, he finished the entire bowl of salad, it was super fresh and the sauce was amazing. He kept saying it was the best chicken he’s ever had! As for me, I really enjoyed the clam spaghetti. I highly recommend dipping the side of bread into the olive oil sauce. They added sliced garlic, and I thought it might be a bit spicy, but it wasn’t at all, just really tasty. The noodles, clams, and garlic were all perfectly cooked! I’m so glad I found such a wonderful place in Nanaimo. Can’t wait to go back again!
Great little fusion place. The flavours were great, wished there was more garlic bread to soak up more of that delicious sauce.
Soooooo good. Kids and I really enjoyed the food. Had chicken katsu, and bacon, onion, mushroom tomato pasta. Loved the salad dressing. Mmmmm
Amazing food I highly recommend the Spicy Seafood Risotto! By far my favorite, but the Chicken Katsu, and Hot Seafood Spaghetti are all excellent. Very friendly and attentive service and relaxing atmosphere. Nothing crazy fancy but it is welcoming. It's the food and service that matters.
The Plate has a variety of pasta, risotto and pilaf. Lots of options and the portions are generous and the price is very reasonable. Cozy atmosphere and very friendly staff, I enjoyed a lovely seafood pasta and my husband had Chicken Katsu on my birthday We will be back!
